Steve’s path into the insurance profession began early, learning firsthand from his father, Paul S. Bilohlavek, who also served as a State Farm agent in Perryopolis. After graduating from Frazier High School in 1983, Steve earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from West Virginia University in 1987. He graduated magna cum laude and was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society, reflecting the value he places on education and commitment. In 2010, he earned the Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®) designation from The American College in Bryn Mawr, one of the most respected credentials in the insurance industry.
